What a helpful list! Each year Teacher Appreciation Day/Week sneaks up on me. Don’t know why. I should be used to it by now…and I am a TEACHER! LBut, it does. Now my kids are grown up but I still like to encourage others – through blogging – to show appreciation to teachers.
Teachers and school staff all work very very hard. They are never compensated enough compared to what the invest in their students. Most of them are working from their hearts – they are doing what they were created to do. More than a bonus check, appreciation goes a long way. Gifts. Thank you notes. A hug. It all counts. These ideas will generate some really special gifts for some amazing people. ♥
