I don’t know about where y’all live but it has been cold here this winter. Time for some crock pot pork stew! You can throw all of the ingredients for this one in the slow cooker in the morning and have a wonderful supper hot and ready to eat. It is a really easy recipe which is my favorite kind y’all.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pork steak trimmed and cut into pieces
- 2 14.5 oz cans stewed tomatoes with onions celery, and green pepper
- 1 to mato can water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 rib celery chopped
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 large potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all of ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours or low 8 - 9 hours. Remove bay leaf. Enjoy!
