Jen Goode with 100 Directions is back again this month with a great Merry Christmas banner printable that y’all are going to love!
Make your own mini Merry Christmas banner with this free printable and add a little extra jolly to your décor this year with this quick craft. Resize the printable to make an even smaller version for doll houses and your favorite tiny spaces.
Mini Merry Christmas Banner Printable
This adorable printable set includes one sheet of pennant letters that spell out Merry Christmas. Each pennant has 1 of 3 different plaid borders and a single letter. Just download, print, and use however you like.
This would even make a super cute gift-wrapping accent! If you are into making your own gift boxes, did you know you can make them with a Cricut? You can also make gift boxes using wooden matchboxes or just use a few crafts supplies to add extra pizzazz to some plain gift wrap!
Plus, don’t get me started on printables! They are great for party planning, to use as gift tags, counting down the days until Christmas, cards for cookie exchanges, or tallying up all the ugly Christmas sweater votes! If you love printables as much as I do, you’ll definitely want to check out all of my Christmas printables (many are free!)!
How To Make Mini Merry Christmas Banner
I love mini banners because they work well in any area, just string up the letters and display it for all to see! Here’s how to make this cute mini banner!
Supplies Needed For Mini Merry Christmas Banner
- Printable Mini Christmas Banner designed by Jen Goode (more of Jen’s plaid printables here!)
- Twine
- Tape or glue
- White cardstock
- Computer and printer
Step 1: Download Mini Merry Christmas Banner Printable
Start by downloading and printing the mini Merry Christmas banner from Jen Goode’s website. Then, cut out each letter pennant.
Step 2: Tape Twine To The Back Of Each Letter
Arrange each pennant in order, face down. Then, tape or glue twine (or yarn, ribbon, etc.) to the back of each letter. You can also punch little holes at the corner of each pennant and string the twine through for a more finished look. I was going for quick and easy, so I used tape in this example.
NOTE: For extra sparkle, add glitter or other pretty accents.
Step 3: Hang Banner
Hang and enjoy!
Whether you use this to adorn gift boxes or decorate the smaller spaces in your home, this easy printable is the perfect Christmas craft to get you in the spirit!
