4 Easy Cheesy Appetizers

 Cheesy appetizers are a staple at any party. I have came up with my top four recipes for cheesy appetizers that will work at any of your parties. Grab the ingredients and make a cheesy spread that no one will forget! First up is the always popular queso dip! 

Original Cheesy Queso Recipe

• 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
• 1 pkg (16 oz each) Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine undrained tomatoes and Velveeta in medium saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.
3. Serve warm as a dip. I love serving mine in individual serving cups with little sleeves of tortilla chips!

 Next are my spicy taco roll ups.

Spicy Taco Roll Ups Recipe

• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 small can diced black olives
• 1 package tortillas
• salsa

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and black olives.
2. Spread thin layer of mixture on one tortilla, roll up, and cut into slices. Continue until all of mixture is gone.
3. Serve with a side of salsa for dipping.

 No party would be complete without these mini rye bread pizzas.

Mini Rye Bread Pizza Recipe

• 1 pound ground pork sausage
• 1/2 pound Velveeta
• pizza sauce
• mini rye bread slices

DIRECTIONS

1. Brown pork sausage and drain well.
2. Add Velveeta to skillet and cook until melted.
3. On top of each rye bread slice add 1 tsp pizza sauce and 1 rounded tablespoon of sausage mixture.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until tops are brown.

 If y’all have never had pineapple cheese spread….today is the day! It is amazing for an appetizer or served on bread for lunch.

Pineapple Cheese Spread Recipe

• 15.5 oz can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
• 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
• 2 – 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• King’s Hawaiian Rolls or your favorite small roll

DIRECTIONS

1. Drain pineapple really well and add to a bowl with Velveeta.
2. Mix together and add mayonnaise until mixture comes together like a sandwich spread.
3. Serve on top of King’s Hawaiian rolls for a great appetizer.
