I love making festive gift tags with my Cricut to add to a gift during the holidays. But every once in a while, I feel like pulling out my trusty hot glue gun to make a special craft.

Supplies Used

• Two part clear plastic ornament
• Various seasonal miniatures
• Artificial snow
• Chipboard
• Adtech Hot Glue Gun
• Hot glue
• Ribbon
• Scissors

Steps to Make the Snow Globe Present Toppers

1. Take the ornament and break it into two pieces. It’s meant to be two halves, so they should come apart easily.
2. Use your scissors to cut off top hanger from the ornament.
3. Trace the ornament half onto your chipboard and cut it out with your scissors.
4. Glue your desired miniatures to the chipboard circle with hot glue. This is the fun part! You can use whatever miniatures you want.
5. Add some artificial snow to the ornament half.
6. Put bead of hot glue around inside of the ornament half.
7. Turn your chipboard circle over onto the glue and hold until cooled.
8. Hot glue your snow globe onto ribbon and attach it to the gift.
