I love the idea of serving in small jars. Not only do they look pretty, but you get a dessert but not too much of it.

These look fantastic! I love how simple they are to make but yet they look like you’ve spent hours. Maybe that’s the presentation. I’d happily serve these at one of my dinner parties. I’m pinning this recipe to my dream desserts board.

Can I substitute vanilla pudding instead?

Hi, I was wondering if this is something that could be made the day before & chill in the fridge ( or do you think that could ruin the texture of the crust)? I’d love to make these for my sons pineapple themed birthday party, but my time the day of the party will be limited.
Maybe make the filling and the crust then assemble last minute? I think that would work!
Thank you! I ended up making them the day off (maybe two hours prior to my sons birthday) and they did well in the fridge. They were a hit. Everyone was raving over them, and the recipe is delicious! Thank you for sharing! I wanted to post a picture, but I cannot figure out how to upload it
The pineapple dessert is not cheesecake. There is no cream cheese or cheese of any sort in the recipe.
Sorry you feel that way. There is cheesecake instant pudding.
