No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
- Whole strawberries
- Whole blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Start by removing the tops and hollowing out the inside of your strawberries with a knife. Use patience and caution but you want a nice big cavity for your cheesecake filling. Next mix up the cheesecake filling by combining the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well until everything is combined. Then add the filling mixture to a zip topped bag and seal. Cut the corner off your bag with scissors and use it to pipe the filling into the strawberries. You want a little filling peeking out of the top. Add a whole blueberry to the top and this no bake strawberry cheesecake recipe is ready to serve! Repeat until you have a plate full of strawberries. One recipe makes about 12 strawberries.
This is the perfect recipe for summer parties! Grab the supplies to make a batch of these for a weeknight or to celebrate a special occasion. This no bake strawberry cheesecake recipe is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face!
