Supplies Needed
Here’s what you’ll need to gather:
- 1/2 cup powdered coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 peppermint tea bag
- Milk bottle
- Printable gift tag (click here to print for yourself)

DIY Milk Bath Instructions
Can’t watch the video or missed some of the steps? Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to make a homemade milk bath…
Step 1
Start by adding 5 drops of peppermint oil and the contents of one peppermint tea bag to the 1/4 cup of baking soda. Mix well.
Step 2
Then, add in 1/4 cup of cornstarch and 1/2 cup of powdered coconut milk. Mix that part well.
Step 3
Add the milk bath recipe mixture to a cute milk bottle or even a mason jar. Pop on the top.
