Today I am going to share with y’all my super-secret recipe for Ritz cracker cookies. The easiest cookie recipe on planet earth. The one your friends and family will be begging for. They are even no-bake and don’t even require an oven. You read that right. Get ready cause these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies are going to blow your socks off. They are a staple around our home during the holidays and I am sure they will be around yours as well. Want to know why I won’t be able to enjoy these delectable goodies this year? Ritz Cracker Cookies
Ingredients:
- Ritz Crackers (I prefer Ritz over any other brand of crackers for this recipe.)
- Peanut Butter (creamy)
- Chocolate and/or Vanilla flavored almond bark or candy coating
- Sprinkles for decoration if desired
Instructions:
- Melt almond bark or candy coating in the microwave according to the package directions.
- Spread peanut butter on one cracker and top with another cracker.
- Cover crackers in melted coating and set aside.
- Sprinkle with decoration if desired before allowing to set.
- Allow coating to set and enjoy!
That is seriously all there is to it. It is probably the simplest thing in the world. But they are oh so good! You will have people begging you for the recipe. You don’t even have to give it to them if you don’t want to!
Make as many or as few of these Ritz cracker cookies as you want. They are great made one hour before a party or 4 days before a party. Just store in an airtight container until ready to serve. These are literally my favorite “cookie” of all time. Don’t believe they are that good? Make some for yourself today and try them. They will make a believer of you.

I make these every year but add a handful of dark chocolate chips to the chocolate almond bark to give better chocolate flavor. Always a hit!
