Cheese Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (pasted)
- 1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Start by lining a small dish with plastic wrap. Lay your parsley in the bottom of this dish as shown below.
Next mix up your cheese roll recipe in a medium sized bowl. Add in cream cheese, pasted garlic, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then spread your mix on top of the parsley in the baking dish. Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Remove and you should be able to lift that plastic wrap and roll up the cheese. Shape into a log and be sure all outer surfaces are covered with the chopped parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap to store or serve immediately.
Slice into this cheese roll recipe for a gorgeous presentation. I serve mine on top of crackers but you can use anything that you like. Don’t love the idea of parsley?
