Christmas Bark Recipe
- Chocolate flavored chocolate candy coating
- Vanilla flavored candy coating
- Red candy melts
- White chocolate chips
- Zip topped bags
- Aluminum foil
- Butter
Prepare a sheet pan before starting the Christmas bark. Line with aluminum foil and coat in butter. Set aside.
Then melt the chocolate, vanilla, and red candy melts in the microwave according to the package directions. There are tips on melting as well as making the melted mixture more fluid if needed. Spread the chocolate mixture on the lined pan until it is thin. Add the white and red mixture to zip topped bags. If your melts are too thick, be sure to follow the instructions to thin them before adding to the bag. Snip one corner of each bag with scissors to make a hole. Draw on Santa hats first with red and then add some white at the bottom of each one. Work quickly while all of your candy is still melted and not set.
Add white chocolate chips as the pom pom at the end of the hat. You can also add additional chips around the bark if desired. Press the chips into the Christmas bark until they are partially submerged.
Set the entire thing aside and allow to set up for an hour or so. Once set, break into pieces and serve!
