I outlined the entire bird and wing with the dimensional paint.
I used some small stamps and Staz-on ink to stamp “love” on the wing. Staz-On is my go to ink when you really want it to stay on! I actually stamped while the dimensional paint was still wet. I then set the entire thing aside to dry.
After your project is dry, punch or drill a hole and add a ribbon to hang. So simple yet elegant. I love that metallic sparkle!

Or you can let the kids in on the fun and make these cinnamon applesauce ornaments from Mad in Crafts.
Hi Angie – do you have the link to where you ordered the bird cutouts? I am looking for something EXACTLY like this for my wedding and am having an impossible time! I had thought it would be so much easier?!
They were actually in the Walmart craft section. They were made by Plaid if that helps any.
