It looks great Angie. You know I love organized spaces. What a great idea to cover the boxes and make them look cute.
Great tip, Angie!!! I’ve never tried spray adhesive. Isn’t that some sort of craft crime against humanity?! 😉
Hey Angie! Thanks for popping by and saying hello! Looking forward to catching up on your blog and everything you’ve been up to the last few months!
Nice work! I just tackled a similar section of my kitchen… I didn’t make crafty boxes like you did, and I didn’t take photos along the way… but I think (FOR ONCE!) my results are almost as good as yours!! Yay me!! (And YAY you too!)
Looks great! I swear those plastic containers seem to multiply in my house and they are such a pain to keep organized. What a great way to keep them organized.
Aren’t you the clever one with your before and after box transformation. Goes to show what a little ingenuity will do for those pesky storage problems. Nice idea. Thanks for sharing.
Tammy
Great job with the organizing! It looks so much neater.
What a fantastic idea! Really great way to use what you already have. Thanks so much for your nice comment on my chair redo!
Hey Angie, congrads! You had the most viewed link at last week Whatever Goes Wednesday party. I am highlighting this post today!
omg I love DIY organizing projects! I love organizing, but I’m not good at taking the time to make things for it.
I’d love it if you would come over and link up your Wednesday organizing posts to my Organizing Mission Monday link party. I keep it open until Saturday.
Hope to see you there.
You are making big strides in your kitchen organization! Nice job!
Maybe it will rub off on me.
Thanks for linking up to “Simplify for the New Year” at A Home Made by Kiki! What a great way to re-use things that you already had!
I’ve done a few bins myself- LOVE the look of yours with a liner! Nice job.
I need to make some fabric covered boxes. Thanks for linking to We’re Organized Wednesday.
What a clever idea! Doesn’t it feel good to purge and create more space? You have inspired me to keep on moving in my kitchen. Everything looks great, fantastic job!!
I like what you did with the bins–what a great way to use scraps and to get organized!
I have been using the tops of paper boxes, covered with contact paper for over 20 years. Seriously, that’s how long they have held up. I just recovered them for the 2nd time yesterday.
What a great idea! I love that you were so thrifty! I saw a post where someone covered large diaper boxes and they looked fabulous. I was thinking of trying something similar. 🙂
Plastic containers drive me crazy. Mine are in my lazy susan right now and they fall out everywhere. I’ve got to think of a better idea. Thank you so much for linking up to my party!
Blessings,
Traci
I would have never thought about making my own container. I am in love with this idea! I could have fabulous containers and use up some of my leftover fabric. Thanks for sharing!
