I am continuing fall week in jars with this microwave pumpkin cake in a jar. Make an individual cake with this simple recipe that only takes a few minutes. You can have cute little individual desserts on the table straight out of the microwave any night of the week. Microwave Pumpkin Cake Recipe

- 6 tablespoons yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Grease the mason jars well with a non-stick cooking spray. These squat mason jars work perfectly for this recipe. Add all of the above ingredients to the mason jar. Each list of ingredients makes one cake.
Mix with a fork right in the mason jar until well combined.
Cook for 6o seconds in the microwave. Use caution when removing as the jars will be hot.
Serve with a dollop of ice cream on top and some caramel ice cream topping. Your entire family will love this microwave pumpkin cake this fall.

love this pumpkin cake in a jar recipe but do not have any jars and can not afford to buy any as I have very limited ssi what else can I use to make theese in
