Need a fun idea for a party? Try making mini mason jar cheesecakes! I am in love with these little mini mason jars and they make party desserts oh so much fun. The first thing I thought of for this spring jar week is a cheesecake in a jar. Cheesecake is a great dessert anytime of the year but especially when the weather gets warmer. I used the 4 oz mini Ball jars for this project. They are my new favorite obsession and they will be making an appearance at every party that I host. These cheesecakes are just the beginning y’all! I am sure you can think of tons of food that can be served up in mini jars. But we are talking cheesecake today….so let’s get started!
You really just need your favorite cheesecake recipe and some fruit. I actually used one of those no bake cheesecake box mixes but y’all don’t tell anyone. They are so easy to make and no one is ever going to know the difference. Make your life easy and grab one of those for any party you are hosting. Mix up your crust mix and add about 1 tablespoon to the bottom of each jar. Press well with a spoon then pile in the filling until it reaches the threads of the jar. I added blueberries and strawberries to the top but you can choose any fruit you like. You can even do cherry or strawberry pie filling! Yum! Then just refrigerate your mini mason jar cheesecakes until they are ready to serve! That is it! You have a stand out dessert for your party!
