Slow Cooker Corn on the Cob
- Corn (shucks removed)
- Aluminum foil
- Butter
- Salt
- Crock Pot
Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil with 1/2 tablespoon of butter and salt to taste. Wrap tightly to make sure that butter does not leak out. Add all of your ears to your crock pot.
Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours. Remove carefully from crock pot as the corn will be HOT! Serve up as a side dish for any summer meal (or heck anytime of the year works!). You will love this slow cooker corn on the cob! This is really the best way I have found to cook corn on the cob. As a bonus, there is no boiling water and no use of anything that will heat up your kitchen. That alone is a life saver in the summer.
