Apple Cinnamon Pancake Mix

This homemade gift idea is a snap to toss together and give as a homemade gift. This recipe makes delicious pancakes the entire family will love!

What You Will Need

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ¼ tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup dried apples diced

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together then add to a wide mouth quart-sized mason jar.
  • Print out the labels and add them to the jar. Decorate the jar and gift it.

Notes

This recipe makes JUST enough mix to fill the jar to the top.
