Instructions
Paint the edges of your frame with the color of your choice.
Cut strips from your magazines in the colors of your choice. To achieve an ombre gradient, cut pieces in various shades of the same color.
Lay the pieces out on your frame until you're happy with the look.
Cut the strips to length, then mod-podge them onto the frame.
Add ribbon to the edges for a finished look.
Decorate with die cuts or stamps for more visual interest.
